Terms of Service

By accessing or using NandiBaba.Ai, PashuSOS.Ai, nandibaba.online, pashusos.com, or any associated application or API (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws of India.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.

OYMOM Health provides the following through NandiBaba.Ai and PashuSOS.Ai:

• NandiBaba AI Diagnostics — AI-powered livestock symptom assessment in Hindi, Bhojpuri, and English
• Emergency Veterinary Dispatch — GPS-based dispatch of licensed veterinarians and PashuSevak field workers
• AHCS Credit Score — World's first livestock-specific Animal Health Credit Score (0–850)
• ZoonoTrack Surveillance — Real-time zoonotic disease detection across 38 Bihar districts
• VCI Prescription Engine — AI-assisted prescriptions reviewed and signed by licensed veterinarians under VCI Act 1984
• Enterprise API — Commercial API for banks, insurance, hospitals, and government

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Enterprise API users must provide valid business registration and agree to separate enterprise terms.

NandiBaba.Ai and PashuSOS.Ai are completely free for all individual farmers and livestock owners — forever. This includes:

• Unlimited AI diagnostic queries in Hindi and Bhojpuri
• Emergency doctor dispatch via GPS
• AHCS score tracking
• Vaccine reminders and disease alerts

This commitment to free farmer access is our core mission and will never change.

• AI responses are for informational guidance purposes only
• All prescriptions are reviewed and signed by licensed veterinarians
• In life-threatening emergencies, contact your nearest government veterinary hospital immediately
• OYMOM Health is not liable for adverse outcomes from AI-only decisions made without veterinary consultation

All content, code, AI models, training data, AHCS methodology, ZoonoTrack algorithms, and NandiBaba-1B model weights are owned by OYMOM Health Private Limited.

• NandiBaba-1B model weights are proprietary and may not be copied or reverse-engineered
• AHCS scoring methodology is patent-pending
• You may not use our brand name or technology in any commercial application without written permission

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy & DPDP Policy and complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 of India. All farmer data is stored on servers in India. No personal data is shared with foreign entities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OYMOM Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months (or ₹1,000 for free service users).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
